Questions and Answers
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. If you don't want to be charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date.
Will I lose my charts or saved data if I downgrade?
No. Your saved profiles, birth data, and chart history stay exactly where they are. Downgrading only changes which interpretations and features are available — your data is always yours.
Is my birth data private?
Yes. Your birth information is stored securely and never shared with third parties. You control your data and can delete it anytime from your account settings.
Does this membership include Astrocartography?
No. AskNova Astrology and AskNova Astrocartography are offered as separate products, with separate memberships and billing. They live under the same wider brand, but each product has its own features, structure, and subscription.
